After sign up you will receive an email with some questions about your business and the possibility to share with us your business website or other documents related to your business. We use that to train the AI receptionist and the whole process takes usually between 2-4 days.
A few seconds after the call is ended you will receive an email with the summary of the call, the callers phone number and the full transcript between the caller and the AI receptionist.

Our AI operates in a cloud-based environment with redundant systems and backup power, ensuring high availability. In the event of a power outage or internet disruption, calls will be routed to a backup system or a designated human operator.
